Drove up from Charleston for the show to meet up with my good friend Mark from LPLive. He was a huge inspiration to start the NIN Live Archive way back when and helped me set up the initial site. Got there a bit early for LPU early entry and we just enjoyed a few hours of catching up, it was really nice to see my good friend! A ton of crew came up to Mark to speak with him. LP is really fantastic with their relationship with the fans. We were able to chat a bit with their FOH frontman, Jim. Showed us the mixing rig, which was really really cool.

Show was fantastic. I liked the end stage better than the 360 stage they had for the first Forum show back. Tapes came out ok, being on the floor it can be hit or miss filming through a sea of phones. But I did my best! After the show, LP’s tour manager handed him a setlist to archive on lplive. Really awesome move. About 30 minutes after the show, it was back on the road to Charleston and in bed by 0330. Long day, but so worth it.
